I would like to do some sort of package that provides travel, hotels and tickets for the race (and may be qualifying too). If you have had any experience with these and could help let me know.
I am aware of some offers on the internet but I do not know of what is good value for money.

I don’t know if you are interested or not, but I built a scale replica of the Circuit of the Americas in Austin TX with Scalextric slot car track, using cars from Scalextric, Carrera, and SCX. You can see pix of it on my “blog” page.
