Sebastian Vettel is the current World Champion and believed by many to be the second coming of Michael Schumacher. He is well known for changing his helmet design and pointing his finger at cameras.

Okay, I got recommended this website by my uncle (who hates Sebastian Vettel as much as I do). Is it me or everytime Vettel gets it wrong the media detract the attention away from him and shift the blame somewhere else. Like in Austin this year, when he shouted down the radio to Horner, his race engineer and Newey about a ‘dangerous overtake’ by Hamilton using DRS, the media (Sky Sports F1) pretended it was about Karthikeyan not letting Vettel through on the S curves. There are former world class f1 drivers on this channel and they should know that you cannot let someone through when you are constantly going left and right, yet they do say that? Also, when Horner said to Sky Sports that Karthikeyan didn’t use his mirrors I thought that was extremely unfair of him to say that.
Finally, I don’t like it when Vettel wins and then the commentators (particularly David Croft) announces what a ‘brilliant’ drive it was. How many overtakes has Vettel had to make this year to get the race victory. I can’t think of none. But yet when Alonso overtook I think 10 cars this year in Valencia to win, Hamilton overtook Alonso and Vettel to win at Canada they don’t announce what a storming drive it is.
Anyone else hate Vettel as much as I do?

Hi James,
Hope you enjoy the site.
I’m not sure if you’ve had your fingers in your ears during the season but all I’ve heard is what an amazing driver Alonso has been this year. He was praised for his driving this year more than anyone, especially his drive in Valencia, and rightly so. He has been absolutely mega this season, driver of the year without doubt.
As for Vettel, you obviously hate him very much. I think Vettel has proved he can overtake now after his race in Abu Dhabi and Brazil. While he didn’t overtake much last year he still proved he could do it, especially after his move on Alonso at Monza.
Just some advice, it’s a lot more fun supporting a driver rather than hating one because then you can enjoy the good times rather than just getting angry at everything you see on TV. Try it, it’s fun ;)
