It’s that time of year again. You know, when all the liveries get launched and then within moments we get a Photoshop from a fan that makes it look loads better. Many people were shocked, frightened and saddened by the red bits on the new Lotus E21 so RoneDriver has kindly got rid of the ghastly bits.

Neither look great, in all honesty. It needs some red (on the front and rear wing endplates), otherwise it’s just dull.
I’d quite like to see them do an entirely new livery and not try and half copy the JPS Lotus.
In all honesty, the subtly placed red stripes on the front wing looks great to me.
But I agree, the red on the air intake and the sidepods looks ghastly, and out of place.
They should put red in subtler stripes, just like what they did with the new race suit (which looks great IMO)
I actually think it could use a bit of red. The red with the gold strip on the front wing actually adds a nice splash of color. The reds on sidepods and air intake though… :|
An all-black (and gold) one looks a bit dull.
And replace white text/logos for gold….
I quite liked the 2010 livery, something unique about it.

I think the red looks way better. The classic one looks good, but the red seems to make it look faster. If it had red on the nose, though, that would be way better.

Tommy, I like the red added to it, it seems to look fast and sleek. I would also add some to the nose! just a thought.
